This is a hybrid opportunity to lead the buildout of the data analysis and business intelligence department of a Healthcare AI company on track to reduce hospitalizations for 1M patients daily.
You will be working directly with the Office of the CEO to lead global efforts in :
- Complex SQL Queries Dashboards buildout : Turning petabytes of health and business data into dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across our most important business functions.
- Business Intelligence Analysis : Coming up with actionable, data-backed strategies based on the insights your data platform provides visibility into.
As the first hire of this kind, you will be tasked with working on the most impactful data & intelligence projects within our biggest areas of need across our global team, and helping craft our business strategy moving forward.

Desired Qualifications :
- Advanced SQL Querying & Dashboard Building : Strong expertise creating complex SQL queries, working with data warehouses like Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Preset.
- Data Analysis : The ability to determine which data is most important to focus on, and to come up with analysis that guides business strategy.
- Healthcare or Startup Experience
- Agility : You will often be responsible for the highest impact data opportunities across the company, which requires a dynamic ability to pivot and adapt.
- Hybrid in West LA : Willingness to work in-office 3 - 4 times a week, in Beach Town West Los Angeles.
Compensation (pending fit) :
- Base Salary : $100k - $130k
- Bonuses : Potential for bonuses pending performance
