What We Do
First American is currently seeking to fill a Foreclosure Coordinator position with an applicant who has working knowledge of CA, NV or AZ foreclosure processes.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients for foreclosure transactions.
Processes a high volume of foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
- Responsible for assisting in the day to day processing of foreclosure auctions.
- Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure sale.
- Establishes and maintains positive client / vendor relationships.
- Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience within California, Nevada and / or Arizona
- Team player
- Resourceful
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills : verbal & written
- Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills
- Working with confidential and proprietary information. Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
- Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands
- Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Salary Range : $13.55 - $22.50 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
