We're seeking an experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee daily operations at a modern feed manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for production scheduling, quality control, maintenance coordination, and team leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality feed production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of feed mill operations including production, inventory, and logistics
• Supervise and develop mill staff to maintain a productive and safety-focused work environment
• Ensure compliance with feed safety, regulatory, and quality assurance standards
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize plant efficiency
• Monitor ingredient usage, cost control, and production reporting
• Work closely with nutrition, procurement, and transportation teams to ensure customer needs are met
