People

• We are seeking an anesthesiologist to join our team at Kettering Health Main Campus, a 465-bed, not-for-profit hospital
• Part of the Kettering Health Network, the flagship hospital offers exceptional case variety and acuity
• Provides level II trauma care and level III maternity care
• Our team enjoys a manageable physician / CRNA ratio of 1 : 4, ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Physicians and CRNAs work together to deliver top-notch care, with a case mix including general, OB, ortho, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and GI cases.
• We foster a strong culture of mutual respect and teamwork, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Practice

• Expected annual compensation ranges from $565,000 W2 to 592,500+ with a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
• Ten weeks of vacation.
• Flexible options available : W2 or 1099
• Mixture of in-house and home call environments.
