Job Description

- Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
- Effectively developing procedures and technical documents for existing and new equipment
- Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best solutions
- Creating learning programs to coach and train technicians
- Creating and improving standards (Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages) to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the site
- Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment
Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
- A BS in Engineering Discipline or Engineering Technology equivalent experience (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and / or R&D environment (consumer products a plus)
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed to accommodate our 24-hour operations
- Good communication skills -written and oral
- Strong leadership capabilities that will allow you to coach others on Process & Equipment Standards and Operational Excellence
- Systems & Tools experience in data analytics and reporting
- High presence on the manufacturing floor
