Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate team members, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and excellence.
- Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends to enhance the restaurant's offerings.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, casual dining environment (2-3 years preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, service, and financials.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of effective team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing costs and budgets.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
