Primary Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness required in managing our various marketplaces and will be responsible for activities that drive the health of our product listings to ensure maximum sales opportunities.
- This role will provide analytical support and will deliver actionable insights to Omni Operations leadership.
- This role will work cross functionally with P&T, Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Store Operations and Supply Chain to execute the various components of our Strategic Partnership roadmap in relation to Office Depot’s presence on 3rd party Marketplaces.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field Experience leading a retail environment Experience turning raw data into actionable reporting
- Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Wal-Mart & Ebay.
- Intermediate skills in Excel to include the development of reporting and business insights using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Charts, and other advanced analytical tools.
- Experience with Channel Advisor (Rithum), Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with business as well as IT / technical teams. Understanding of retail business.
- The incumbent will have a proactive mindset to problem solving, is a Self-Starter, and is comfortable in ambiguous situations.
- The incumbent is comfortable providing support to field personal in the Retail stores.
- The incumbent has exceptional communication skills and can clearly articulate business critical needs to their leadership.
