Senior Accountant with Nonprofit Educator
Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit educator headquartered in Randolph, MA seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant :
- Preparing monthly financial statements and monthly reporting
- Owning the month-end close including posting journal entries
- Performing account reconciliations
- Acting as a liaison between the other financial departments, as well as communicating with other organization department managers outside of Finance & Accounting
- Collaborating with external auditors for annual audits and tax returns
Background Expected of the Senior Accountant :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent
- 3+ years in an accounting role with at least 1 year of owning the month-end close
- Experience with Great Plains is a plus but not required
