This position is represented by SEIU UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements : Up to two (2) years recent hospital experience Must have received practical education at St.
John’s surgical department within the last six (6) months Performance during practical education will be rated above average Completion of Surgical Technologist training Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in the capacity of a surgical technologist Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS) Current Certified Surgery Tech certification (CT ORT) Preferred Requirements : Previous practice experience Special Skills : Demonstrates basic skills appropriate to the roles of the Surgical Technologist.

Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently. Demonstrates ability to work in a stressful environment while remaining calm efficient and focused.
