Senior Video Producer

What you'll do...

We’re seeking creative Senior Video Producer to lead the ideation and production of compelling, long-form video content for our branded partners, while also creating video-first content for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate across creative, editorial, talent, social, and video teams to produce high-quality original content for editorial franchises, branded campaigns, and key cultural events.

You’ll play a crucial part in planning and producing long-form, narrative-driven videos for our advertisers, while ensuring the content performs well across social platforms.

You will report to the Director of Video.

• Develop and produce long-form, branded content that drives business and resonates with our audience.
• Lead the development of narrative-driven video content across various formats and platforms, including social-friendly short-form and long-form video for advertisers.
• Ensure that long-form content can be adapted for multiple platforms, optimizing for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative, editorial, and commercial teams to execute branded video campaigns, tentpole events, and original series.
• Lead production for both long-form and short-form content, managing all aspects from concept development to final delivery.
• Oversee shoot schedules, budgets, and production timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and creative goals.
• Analyze content performance across platforms, refining strategies to optimize reach and engagement.

Experience that'll put you ahead of the curve...

• 5+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on branded and long-form content.
• Experience working with media outlets, magazines or publishers
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to adapt content for different formats and audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and balancing long-term goals with short-term needs.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000

This is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working three days from the office, two from home
