Description

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Business Analyst to provide analysis on an upcoming modernization project.

In this role, their duties will include performing deep dives into the integrations and documenting requirements, and working with LOB partners to ensure the new solution will address their needs.

Once the project is in full swing, the ideal candidate duties will include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.

To ensure success as a Technical Business Analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design.

Outstanding technical business analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role
• Must be comfortable leading design workshops and writing high-quality documents
• Possess basic organizational and time management skills to keep project on track to the finish
• Provide guidance to technical team to ensure continuity between design and development
• Validate technical solutions to ensure completeness before client delivery
• Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Prepare formal and informal written documents and other communications
• Demonstrated experience leading design and development activities
• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
• Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services
• Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments
• Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption
• Create management, communication plans and processes
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
• Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management
• Analytical, computer, math, and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software
• Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell scripts
• The ability to comprehend SQL and other complex
• Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency
• Ensuring optimal system functionality via performance metrics
• Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading design and development activities
• 5 or more years’ experience in IBM Maximo
• PMP certification

Education

Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar

Compensation :

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00 / hr - $81.00 / hr and is an Exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
