Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our innovative and dynamic team in Boise, ID. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the commercial mechanical industry and committed to providing high-quality service.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability, while continuously enhancing their technical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Perform installations, services, repairs, startups, and commissioning of diverse HVAC systems, including but not limited to large tonnage package units, chillers, boilers, VRFs, compressors, VAVs, VFDs, fan coils, and air handling units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, offering effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements :
- Local to Boise, ID, with a stable work history.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Solid field experience in servicing large-scale HVAC equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Factory-level training and certifications in HVAC systems.
- Experience with large project environments, including schools, universities, data centers, labs, hotels, and arenas.
- Knowledge in the installation, startup, commissioning, service, and repair of significant mechanical equipment like air and water chillers, boilers, and large tonnage package units.
