We are looking for full time assistant teachers and support staff to join our team.
Full time and part-time positions are available for Monday-Friday. Benefits are available for full-time faculty members, including free child tuition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Works productively within a group and / or without supervision
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Dependable and flexible
- Able to always maintain professional standards
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting each child's social and emotional development with weekly lesson plans, daily schedules, and implemented program curriculum
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service even under stress
- Establishing and maintaining positive parent communication
- Flexible approaches with children to meet their different needs
- Work in conjunctions with the entire faculty to meet program goals
- Positive child and parent interactions
