Responsibilities :
Join our team as a Legal Compliance Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting due diligence risk assessments, and providing guidance to ensure ethical and legal conduct across Client's 3rd parties.
- Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization's operations.
- Update compliance procedures to align with current standards. Ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities and obligations to maintain compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, issues, and resolutions. Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
