That is why we are currently seeking to expand our Marketing and Customer Service team by hiring an Entry Level Marketing and Customer Service Assistant.

Entry Level Verizon Marketing & Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities :
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Apply market research and customer leads to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
- Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate marketing and sales outreach to potential customers and guide through the full sales cycle
- Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM management.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
