Position SummaryCVS Health is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager you will be supporting internal business units and clients to define scope and lead the overall development of a deliver plan by using standard project management planning fundamentals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of and adherence to program budgets typically between $1M - $50M, and will lead the coordination of day-to-day client and stakeholder communications.

Additional responsibilities of the Program Manager include : · Develop program management plans while adhering to the overall budget· Work directly with stakeholders to ensure all needs of the project are met· Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules· Work across multiple business units including Category Management, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising, & Construction on their project management needs· Manage relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors· Possible request to coach and develop a team of direct reports through constructive real time feedback, and mid-year and year-end evaluationsSome travel may be required, however, this position is a primarily office / home office based role.Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience / knowledge with Program Management processes and tools
• 3+ years of experience / knowledge with design and construction best practices and processes or working within corporate retail
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) experience· Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment· Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives· Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels· Excellent written and verbal communications skillsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced experience with Web Based applications such as : o TRIRIGAo MS Projecto SAPo Aribao PeopleSoftEducationBachelor Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), or Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent knowledge gained from education and / or work experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is : $66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
