DS Technologies Inc is looking for Senior Mechanical Engineer PE EPC EPCM role for one of our premier clients.

Job Title : Senior Mechanical Engineer PE EPC EPCM

Location : Saint Louis, MO (Can be based out of Tucson, AZ as well)

Overview :

This role involves the design and specification of mechanical equipment and systems, including materials handling and equipment layouts, in a heavy industrial environment.

The engineer will participate in capital cost estimation, develop designs from concept to final stages, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities :

• Design and specification of mechanical equipment, including conveyor systems, crushing, screening, dust collection, and piping systems.
• Prepare capital cost estimates by calculating capacities, weights, and quantity take-offs.
• Develop conceptual to final designs, using CAD and 3D modeling software (Revit or similar).
• Prepare project flow sheets, conduct feasibility studies, and create reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and multidisciplinary team members.
• Travel is required based on project needs.

Required Qualifications :

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in the mining, cement, and / or lime industries.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Inventor.
• Strong materials handling experience.
• Experience in leading projects.

Nice-to-Have :

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with wet and dry grinding systems and slurry handling.
• Familiarity with Belt Analyst, Bulk Flow Analyst, Aggflow, Pipeflow, and Caesar II software.
