We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to provide an excellent experience to our customers.
Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, admin tasks, coordinating, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience.

Compensation :
$50,000 - $55,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Answering phone calls
- Calling clients and technicians
- Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
- Data entry
- Preparing and gaining work authorizations
- Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies
Qualifications :
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Customer service experience required
- Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
