Summary :
Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team! Our Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service.
Customer Service Representative Duties :
- Assist with inbound customer calls
- Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
- Follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Review billing questions with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service.

- Be able to meet individual performance metrics goals
- Successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines
- Accept feedback when offered and works well with others
- Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Education :
High school or equivalent (Required)
