Client User Experience is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers :

We collaborate closely with each other and with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for end users and for client businesses.
Mandatory Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
- Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX writing excellence, tone and voice, writing guidelines, and other standards.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in user-focused writing and a passion for deeply understanding and simplifying complex systems and concepts.
- Strategic thinker, capable of proactively solving problems to unblock work.
- Strong record of independence and success in UX writing, including skills like establishing frameworks, content patterns, and voice and tone.
- Strong record of balancing forward-thinking strategic work and landing tactical work for quick impact.
- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority).
- Experience working on complex projects with tight timelines and / or a large set of collaborators.
