Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and talent management to ensure the acquisition and retention of top talent.
  • Create and manage performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including policies, procedures, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Someone with the ability to go on-site four days a week in NYC.
  • Progressive HR experience preferably within a startup or fast-growing company, with a strong track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
