undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferredOne year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupationsKnowledge of various insurance products and sales processesFINRA series 6 and / or 26 licenses preferred based on assigned productsIndustry designations such as ChFC or CLU are desirable
