We are currently seeking a Phlebotomy Training Coordinator to work in Portland, OR. This position will be responsible for the organization, development, and execution of training new employees.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, hours will vary between 7 : 00am - 6 : 00pm with overtime as business needs require.

Work Location : 4400 NE Halsey St - Portland, OR

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform training of newly hired phlebotomy employees.
• Provide re-training on company topics such as policies, procedures, and programs as needs dictate.
• Conduct group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education.
• Serve as a procedural and compliance resource for employees in the assigned area.
• There will be some travel to various locations to assist in training.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Prior training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
