Are you a detail-oriented professional with proven results in project coordination? We are looking for a talented Project Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work onsite 3 days a week while enjoying flexibility.
Location : Broomfield, CO
Schedule : Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration : 6 month contract
Compensation : $49 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Managers in scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and updating project files. Provide crucial support in communication and training activities.
- Organize and update project documentation in Monday.com to ensure it is accurate and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to gather and analyze project scope, schedule, cost, and resource data to drive project success.
- Create comprehensive status reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making and enhance communication.
- Ensure critical project milestones are completed on time by working closely with project teams and aligning milestones with project goals.
- Clearly communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
What Were Looking For :
- Proven experience in project support or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
