COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• Salary Base : $310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
• CME : $3,000 + 5 days
• Malpractice paid 100%
• PTO : 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time. ( accrues yearly )
• Relocation : Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
• Sign-on bonus : yes
• Student loan Repayment : Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.

• Retirement : 403(b) Exceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.
• Pension : Your employer will contribute a 12% of your annual salary no money out of pocket, vested 3 years . RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
• 50% Academic , Teaching, building C&A program.
• 50% Clinical : Coverage / oversight : C&A Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director onsite.)
• Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• Board Certification in C&A
• 5+ years post-residency experience
• 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
• Track record of teaching and research involvement
• Publication, and academic experience COMMUNITY Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
• Minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches
