Job Description
- 2nd shift Supervision of unionized production employees (2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm)
- Scheduling production activities and personnel to meet customer requirements
- Coordination and tracking of inventory
- Coordination of training and development of employees
- Support lean manufacturing concepts (i.e. 5S, FIFO, Kanban, CIP, BPS initiatives, etc)
- Maintaining standards for Health / Safety, Quality, and general housekeeping
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervision of hourly production employees
- Inventory management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates / Bachelors Degree in Business or other related field
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
