Job Overview : As an LPN at Talamore St. Cloud, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our residents.
From hands-on care to administrative tasks, your responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring resident health and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinating care with physicians, staff, and other service providers.
- Supervising medication administration and adherence to care procedures.
- Providing support to residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Staying flexible and adaptive in a dynamic assisted living environment.
Qualifications : We're looking for dedicated professionals who bring :
- A current LPN license, experience in senior care is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and fostering a positive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with resident record systems and working with seniors.
