Job Description
PreZero is currently looking for a Data Analyst in Ontario, CA. The position is responsible for the accuracy of all master data in SAP Business One, data extraction, reporting / visualization and decision making.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data analytics, technical skills, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Essential Functions
- Secure master data.
- Continuously check and verify all data entries by Finance.
- Follow up daily on all invoice entries.
- Contribute to weekly management reports.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports for top executives and management meetings.
- Involvement in various projects, which ensure an improvement of existing processes and an increase in efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports for internal teams.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information.
- Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information.
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users.
- Communicate with external IT company to enhance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with data analytics and / or process improvement.
- Experience with IT interfaces.
- Experience with statistical software.
- Reporting and data visualization skills.
- Ability to interpret, summarize and communicate relevant data.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Description $75,000 - $85,000
