WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT :

  • Prepares various financial and / or accounting statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
  • Assists in annual planning preparation and regularly monitor plan adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Tracks operational metrics and performs financial forecasting.
  • Analyzes past results, performs variance analysis, identifies trends, and makes recommendations for cost savings and profitability improvements.
  • Develops business partner relationships and demonstrates a working knowledge of the organizations and / or business units they support;

aligns and builds partnerships across functional areas of financial performance and promotes corporate communication and direction.

  • Assists FP&A Manager to develop financial models from which decisions can be made.
  • Assists business leaders in deep dive review of operational areas.
  • Prepares and presents clear and concise financial reports to senior management, offering insights into financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists monthly close process to ensure accurate journal entries.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Demonstration of excellent analytical, logical, and forward-thinking competencies.
  • Demonstration of strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, organizational and execution skills.
