Job Description :
The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic about event management, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are seamless.
- Create and maintain event timelines and budgets.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee management.
- Gather feedback from participants post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in marketing efforts for events, including creating promotional materials and social media content.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in event coordination or management is highly desirable.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
