Responsibilities :
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS :
Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.
S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.
S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications :
Currently seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer in our Scottsdale, AZ location.
As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you’ll participate in requirements analysis and management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration, and test (verification) in the development and evaluation of networks and information systems.

What you bring to the table :
- A Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Agile experience preferred.
- Substantial use, understanding, and tailoring of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
- Substantial proficiency with requirements management & system modeling tools.
- Ability to recognize various architectural patterns, apply them appropriately, understand strengths / weaknesses within those architectures, and develop architectural variations as necessary.

- 2D / 3D track correlation
- Technical performance measures such as probability of warning, launch azimuth, latency
- End to end system understanding of tracking solutions from space vehicle through ground antennas and processing through ground systems

- LEOP understanding
- Operator in the loop operations for selecting track data

- Test as you fly experience
