We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team! This role will have primary responsibilities in Healthcare Operations FP&A supporting the Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing lines of business.

You will be a proactive and creative problem solver with a strong knowledge of financial concepts, who will play a key role in enhancing management’s understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through your well-articulated communications and analytical skills.

This role is mostly onsite at our corporate office location in Catonsville, Maryland.

How you will make an impact

Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling necessary to promote efficient financial operations, and implement new initiatives for the service line

Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs, business requirements and reporting

Produce business results tracking, analysis, and reporting inclusive of metrics and benchmarks, variance to plan, trends, and potential risks and opportunities for the service line

Champion the reporting and analysis of KPIs to allow for the measurement of financial and non-financial performance drivers

Help develop visualizations to make sophisticated analyses accessible to a broad audience

Participate in the semi-annual forecast and annual operating budget processes

Support leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses and solution development

Compensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually.

What you will need

Four-year degree in finance, accounting, business or economics; experience in lieu of education may be considered

At least 2 years of experience with superior quantitative skills and analytical abilities

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with business case analysis and financial model development preferred
