Construction Paving Superintendent

The Pavement Superintendent holds the pivotal responsibility of fostering a high-performing team that collaborates seamlessly with owner and subcontractor representatives.

This role entails overseeing the comprehensive setup and installation of top-tier concrete pavements on designated project(s).

Furthermore, the Concrete Pavement Superintendent is entrusted with optimizing the utilization of equipment, materials, and labor, thus, effectively increasing production and reducing costs within their assigned area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the project aligns with the company's stringent quality standards.
• Strategically plan and supervise all project work.
• Take charge of project planning, material procurement, crew coordination, and daily work reporting.
• Assume ownership of daily safety, quality, and execution within the designated project area.
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit reliability and promote a team-oriented work environment.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the organization.

Requirements :

• Possess 5-8 years of pertinent supervisory experience in the construction of concrete pavements, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
• Have specific experience working with Gomaco Machinery.
• A degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
