Role : NetSuite / Financial Systems Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day operations, and provide technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues (scripts, workflows, customizations)
- Manage integration with third-party applications
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support, including onboarding of new users and leading regular information-sharing activities
- Develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations
- Stay up to date on NetSuite functionality, evaluate new features, recommend implementation of feature, and manage the process of upgrades
- Manage maintenance tasks and monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve the business process
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of relevant NetSuite ERP experience, including customization and integration with a strong understanding of the NetSuite OneWorld platform
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field; background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
