Everstaff is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Rep for a reputable company in the Medina area!
First shfit hours - Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm
Pay Rate - $15-17 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Understand Requirements : Knowledge of home medical equipment and supplies, including insurance verification and inventory management.
- Professional Interaction : Demonstrate professionalism through knowledgeable, helpful, and dependable behavior when interacting with customers, referrals, and team members.
- Documentation and Order Processing : Obtain necessary documentation to process orders, create purchase orders, and receive purchase orders.
- Product Knowledge : Develop expertise in various therapies and durable medical equipment products to assist customers and physicians effectively.
- Record Keeping : Document all customer interactions in the appropriate system.
- Office Equipment : Maintain and operate standard office equipment.
- Additional Duties : Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma required.
- Skills : Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience : Previous experience or training in customer service or a medical field is preferred but not required.
- Working Conditions : Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Communication : Ability to understand directions, communicate effectively, and respond to inquiries. Requires effective interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking : Capable of multitasking while exercising good judgment.
