About the Company

My client is a high-growth AI security start-up looking for strong founding engineer individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, are passionate about AI and cybersecurity and have a desire to have an impact on all aspects of the company’s success.

Role Overview

As a Back End Engineer, you’ll work across the stack, own key features end-to-end, design and implement scalable backend services, data tiers, and APIs and collaborate closely with founders, customers, and tech leads to shape the future of GenAI security.

Responsibilities

  • Own key backend features end-to-end
  • Design and implement scalable backend services, data tiers, and APIs
  • Collaborate with founders, customers, and tech leads to shape the future of GenAI security

Qualifications

  • Proven cybersecurity startup experience (Series A, B or C)
  • 4–10+ years of experience in core software engineering
  • Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, and data architecture
  • Experience shipping production software in a product-focused environment
  • Experience working with GenAI or ML in a professional, personal, or academic setting
  • Hands on
  • Has leadership responsibilities
