Mid-Level Marketing Field Manager
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales and marketing background with a proven track record of managing large trade shows and regional events.
This role requires a hands-on marketer adept at using marketing automation systems like HubSpot and Salesforce and excels in planning and executing comprehensive event campaigns.
The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our construction safety management services.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties :
Event Management :
Plan, execute, and manage large trade shows and regional events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.Campaign Management :
Develop and manage pre-, during -, and post-event marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Marketing Automation :
Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems to streamline event-related communications, track engagement, and measure campaign effectiveness.Budget Management :
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Collaboration :
Work closely with B2B sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.Content Management :
Manage content for event promotions, including email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.Data Analysis :
Analyze event performance data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and report on ROI to stakeholders.Relationship Building :
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in field marketing, specifically within the B2B sector.
Proven experience managing large trade shows and regional events.Proficiency in using HubSpot or other marketing automation systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Willingness to travel to 6-8 large trade shows per year and regional shows as needed.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the construction or safety management industry.Physical Demands of the job may include
