Aegis Worldwide is hiring Process Technicians and Apprentice Process Technicians to support our clients molding and extrusion operations. Whether you are an experienced technician or looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a stable, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

For Process Technicians :

  • Set up and adjust molding and extrusion machine parameters according to validated specifications.
  • Perform machine changeovers efficiently to support production schedules.
  • Verify machine setups at the start of each shift.
  • Document setups, parameters, and tools used to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical support to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards at all times.

For Apprentice Process Technicians (Entry-Level) :

  • Assist in machine setup and adjustments under supervision.
  • Perform basic changeovers and troubleshooting with guidance.
  • Document setups and follow SOPs accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Participate in hands-on training to build technical skills in molding, extrusion, and process support.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical degree preferred for Process Technicians.
  • Process Technician : 5+ years of experience in molding and / or extrusion preferred.
  • Apprentice Process Technician : No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to routinely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while performing assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
