What You'll Do...

In this role, you will be the key member bridging the gap between sales and marketing, connecting New Construction Homeowners to our sales team.

S / He will also serve as the main point of contact for all related Inbound Commercial Pest Control efforts throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the mid-Atlantic.

We are looking for...

• Campaign Management : Managing advertising across Email, Text, Print, TV, Radio, and Digital channels to drive engagement.
• Creative Collaboration : Working closely with the creative team to develop effective marketing materials for Builder and Commercial sectors.
• Media Planning : Partnering with the Media Planner to secure strategic media opportunities.
• Research & Reporting : Staying ahead of industry trends, managing budgets, and tracking campaign performance.
• Event Coordination : Organizing trade shows, community, and internal events.

What we need from you...

• Solid understanding of various inbound and outbound marketing tactics
• Experience in script writing for cold outreach and direct mail campaigns
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, and planning skills
• Excellent writing skills and proper email etiquette
• Comfortable with Excel, pivot tables, and good understanding of analytics
• Must be hardworking and have the ability to take direction
• Curious and comfortable asking questions, detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working within tight deadlines
• Capability to manage multiple brands
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards with minimal supervision
• Creative and innovative with excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing experience (service industry experience preferred).
• Familiarity with New Construction Marketing is a plus.
• Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple brands, and meet tight deadlines.
