What you'll do as a Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Marketing Team. In this unique role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify, nurture, and qualify high-potential leads.
As an SDR at Tech Electronics, you will be responsible for engaging outbound leads generated by growth marketing efforts, ensuring prospects are a strong fit for our offerings, and seamlessly transitioning them to the sales team when they are ready to buy.
This role is ideal for an SDR who wants to leverage marketing insights and tools to drive demand and fuel our pipeline while promoting our technology solutions.
Your contributions as the first point of contact with potential clients will be instrumental in driving business growth and supporting a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :
- Account Research & Opportunity Identification : Conduct thorough research on target accounts, gather competitive intelligence, and stay informed on industry trends to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Engagement : Proactively connect potential clients with Tech Electronics' solutions, generating high-quality leads across various channels such as phone calls, social media, and emails to support revenue growth.
- Customer Discovery & Qualification : Identify, nurture, and qualify potential customers by understanding their unique business challenges, engaging in discovery conversations with key decision-makers to build a robust lead pipeline.
- Market Expansion : Support market share growth by securing new business opportunities, driving awareness of Tech Electronics' solutions in targeted markets.
- Trusted Advisor Role : Cultivate a deep understanding of Tech Electronics' offerings to position yourself as a trusted resource for potential customers, advising them on solutions that align with their needs.
- Team Collaboration & Positive Engagement : Exhibit strong teamwork by bringing a positive attitude and actively collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outbound strategies, share best practices, and improve processes.
- CRM & Performance Tracking : Maintain and update all lead interactions in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, monitor performance, and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution to improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or a related sales field.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
- Confident in making phone calls and comfortable with cold calling prospective clients.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, prospecting and outreach tools, and digital marketing platforms.
