Consultant with focus on IT and HR knowledge management (experience with Corporate Learning a plus)
Your area of responsibility
We’re looking for a consultant with a high technology IQ and curiosity in corporate learning and workplace digitalization.
We’re providing our customers a market leading content authoring and knowledge management platform and are expanding our business in North America.
Your main focuses are :
- Support presales activities including product demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Consulting and conception of solutions in the field of knowledge management, user adoption and corporate learning
- Configuration of our award winning tts performance suite
- Delivery of training for customers and partners
- Project management for well-known companies in all industries
- The operation of our worldwide platform, ongoing optimization, release management, IT & business support and the accompaniment of international rollouts
Your profile
To successfully complete these tasks, the business needs exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in the field of IT, business administration or HR, or you have equivalent training and experience.
Furthermore, you have the following knowledge and qualities :
- You enjoy working with IT solutions, optimizing them and designing new solutions to meet customer requirements in the best possible way
- Experience with learning platforms and e-learning authoring systems
- Interest and basic understanding of HR and personnel development processes
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
- Excellent presentation skills and command of English. Spanish would be beneficial
