Summary / Objective :
Pay : From $18.00 per hour
This position is key in our Non-Ferrous department under inventory. This position exists primarily to move and organize material in timely fashion according to the specifications of the Inventory Supervisor.
Essential Duties :

- Load and unload material and organize material according to specifications of supervisor.
- Always adhere to company safety policies and wear PPE.
- Operate a forklift safely while achieving warehouse goals in a timely manner.
- General labor is included in this position as requested by supervisor.
- Keep updated reports of equipment.
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with equipment.
- Forklift Operator Certificate
Work Environment :
This job operates in an open warehouse and is exposed to all kinds of weather during the shift.
Physical Demands :
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
Medium work : exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Visual acuity is required to operate heavy equipment. The worker is subject to all weather conditions.
Manual labor also required.
