The Nexodus Internship Program is looking for aninnovative Website Designer Intern to assist in developing andmaintaining websites for Nexodus and client businesses.
This roleoffers handson experience in web design coding and user experienceoptimization. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in frontenddevelopment and web design principles.
LENGTH OFINTERNSHIP :
Mandatory InPerson Internship Development Session(Once a month in Dallas)
Must be able to work 29hours per week (34 days / wk.) which may include nights and weekendsas needed.
JOBFUNCTION :
Website Design & Maintenance : Support the designdevelopment and maintenance of websites for Nexodus and itsclients.
User Experience Optimization : Assist in enhancing the userexperience and ensuring mobile responsiveness forwebsites.
SEO Integration : Implement SEO strategies to improve websitevisibility and traffic.
Troubleshooting : Help identify and resolve websiteissues ensuring a seamless online experience forusers.
Collaboration : Work with internal teams to ensure design elementsalign with the overall brand strategy of Nexodus and itsclients.

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Proficiency in HTML CSSand JavaScript.
Experience with web design platforms (e.g. WordPressShopify Squarespace).
Strong attention to detail and problemsolvingskills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tightdeadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to workirregular hours including evenings and weekends ifneeded.
EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE :
Must be a current college Sophomore Junior or Seniormajoring in Computer Science Web Development or a relatedfield.
