Audi Fort Myers maintains current training standards for all service techs, offers competitive benefits, uniforms, and the ability to work in a climate controlled, state-of-the-art Audi Service Center.
Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles, write estimates, and p erform needed repairs after approval.
Perform repairs on various vehicle makes and models with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Communicate directly with the Internal Service Advisor to ensure estimates for repairs are sent in a timely manner
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Schedule
This position will work the secondary shift in the shop, hours are 5 : 00pm-1 : 00am Monday through Friday, weekends off.
Qualifications
1+ years of Service Technician experience required
Broad knowledge of vehicle technologies
Ambitious and positive attitude
Hardworking presence in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
