Job Title : Production Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Production Specialist who will review production records for conformity to procedures, engage in general production and manufacturing duties, and conduct non-conformance tests on manufactured, packaged, or tested products.
The role involves recording statistical data, analyzing it, and writing summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards.
The successful candidate will also use gauges and other devices to ensure products meet quality standards.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in OWINGS MILLS, Maryland.
Work Environment
This position is based in a small manufacturing facility in Owings Mills, MD, which employs roughly 15-20 people. The facility is clean and houses industrial embroidery and sewing machines dedicated to producing badges and other embellishments primarily for the Girl Scouts of America.
The role requires overseeing union workers occasionally and managing the facility in the absence of the plant manager and shift supervisor.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm.
