We are looking for an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic and supportive team. You'll have the tools and freedom to succeed, and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as our agency continues to expand.
Compensation : Commission-based, with earning potential between $40,000 and $100,000 / year, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospects for insurance needs via phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
- Close sales by asking for the business, setting up payments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage and service your own book of business to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support your teammates and contribute to the agencys overall success.
Requirement
- No prior insurance license or experience is required; training will be provided.
- Strong desire to earn higher wages through a performance-based commission structure.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- A coachable attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training.
- A solid work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
