Key Responsibilities
Develop a network of top Chinese developers and build collaborations for licensing global IP partners
Study partner IPs to create business strategies, negotiate with developers, and drive agreements
Monitor global gaming industry trends and provide market analysis to shape IP business strategy
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the gaming industry
Familiarity with the Chinese mobile game market
Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English
Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Experience in brand licensing or IP-related projects is preferred
