We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and supporting the overall production process. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conduct quality checks on products and report any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary
