Machine Operator

We're looking for a Machine Operator in Burnsville, MN to join our client's team and bring custom electronic designs to life. If you have experience with SMT Machine programming and setup, along with a sharp eye for quality, this is your opportunity to excel in a thriving, tech-focused environment!

Pay Rate : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Work efficiently on assigned workstation / assembly position, monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies, and continually look for ways to improve product quality.
• Inspect, assemble and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines following customer documentation, ATC procedures and specific instructions.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
