HRIS Reporting Specialist - Law Firm - Cleveland, OH - $60-85k
About the Role :
Our client, a growing professional services firm, is seeking a talented and experienced HRIS Reporting Specialist to join their dynamic team.
You will play a vital role in supporting their HR operations by configuring, maintaining, and analyzing their UKG system.
You will leverage your expertise to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and develop actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our workforce.
Responsibilities :
System Administration : Manage and maintain the UKG system configuration, including user access, workflows, and security settings.
Implement system updates and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams on integrations and data management initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Generate reports and extract data from the UKG system to meet the needs of HR and business stakeholders.
Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to analyze workforce trends and metrics.Identify and communicate key insights from data analyses to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain standard reports for ongoing tracking of key HR metrics.
Process Improvement : Analyze HR processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.Utilize system capabilities to automate processes and streamline workflows.
Develop and implement new HRIS solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.Train HR and business users on the UKG system and best practices for data entry and access.
Communication and Collaboration : Maintain strong communication with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure effective system support and utilization.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.Stay up-to-date on the latest UKG features and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the UKG system. UKG is highly preferred, but other HRIS system experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data extraction and reporting tools Reports, Power BI) preferred.
